01 — Object
It lands on the bench
We take our first look at your order and note down any extra instructions you sent with it. Cracked, warped or missing a corner is fine — as long as the geometry is still readable, we can work from it. If you sent photos instead, this is where we work out what we can and cannot tell from them, and ask before guessing.
02 — Measure
We put numbers on it
We measure the part thoroughly, with digital tools or with gauges and calipers, so it comes back neither larger nor smaller than your original. Where the part has worn down, we work out what it measured before it did.
03 — CAD
It gets rebuilt as a solid model
We rebuild your piece as a solid model and construct the geometry that is new or missing. Every part goes through an improvement pass: worn edges go back to spec, and thin sections that failed get reinforced. You see the model and the price before anything is made, and we tell you exactly what we changed and why.
04 — Part
You get a part that fits
The part arrives at your door. Printed in a material picked for the job, checked against the original where we have it, finished and packed. If we cannot reproduce your part accurately, you get a full refund.
